Yeahhh I took STEP1 back in May and it felt exactly like an NBME - same vague but still point and shoot style questions ...now idk if they changed it up because Step1 is going to be P/F... maybe Step2 is still closer to UWorld, but this years step1 definitely was much closer to an NBME than uw.
