Gmc sierra radio display not working.

Yesterday I was driving my 1500 Silverado and the radio screen went black, Screen is still backlit but there is no functionality or picture of any kind. However, the backup camera works perfectly fine and displays on the screen. Before the screen went blank the radio sound would cut out and the display would freeze, now when I open the door ...Bose system radio. The big screen in dash has the backup camera. I dont think it has navigation unless i go through onstar. It does have onboard internet and blue tooth. I use internet for work. Not sure about an amplifier. Just has a home and settings for the radio. The most likely reason that it is not working is due to a software problem that has caused it to freeze over time. If resetting it does not work, or it is not turning on at all then You should check the fuse to the radio.

Have a 07 silverado with factory radio and cd player. Radio works and then does not work. Or I should say it works but at a very low volume level and only through the roof post speakers. Also noticed that when the radio is haveing this issue the open door chimes also are very weak or do not work. Then it may come on and everything works.
