Before you buy another ring, I would try on a bunch of different styles and sizes (cheap CZ rings from Amazon) and wear them around for a substantial amount of time to see what you actually like. I upgraded my e-ring and I still have regrets. I wish I went slightly larger and had the prongs set differently.
