If it's enough for you to understand what you're reading, just commit to learning it forwards and backwards. IMO the 300 P/S doc is way fluffier than it needs to be and can just be used to supplement in a couple spots where the 86-page is thin, ex. the psych disorders section.

Currently going through the page myself, I’m aiming for 50 pages per day for 6 days, at the same time I’m doing 2 chapters per day for content review reading (doing orgo currently). Then I’m also gone aim to incorporate the kaplan chapter discrete questions, in hopes that everything I’m reading in that 300 page is sticking.

Tbh I did not like the 300 pg document at all. A lot of psych terms are just fancy words for stuff that is common sense. I felt the 300 pg document was bloated with too much fluff and images that didn’t help. I liked the 86 pg doc because it just got straight to the point. Doing uearth was much more useful than reading an extra 214 pages

Do the 300 page doc, use the cube deck, read the Kaplan book, make anki cards, do the section bank, redo the section bank, take at least 3 of the AAMC FLs if not the fourth as well, make anki cards on everything you missed, and then hope for the best Nothing is a guarantee on the MCAT unfortunately.
