Searching deeper I see people are stating the 03 has a 5x135 bolt pattern....NO, Ford changed their bolt pattern in 1973 to 5 lug on 5" on all of their fullsize Fords, NOT 4.5" like before or later on. All fullsize Fords from 1973 to 1978 have the 5 inch bolt pattern so the typical Ford rims will not bolt up to those year fullsize Fords.
