New member. Jun 13, 2011. #1. I have a 15hp Gamefisher Model 225-581500 s/n 1190. Motor started and run good, but there is no p-stream or mist out the two holes in the middle back of the leg. I run the motor about 3 minutes and the head recorded a temperature of about 225 F.I am trying to calculate how much oil to mix with the fuel for my tiller engine. I have a six gallon fuel tank and my engine is labeled 50000:1. The equation I keep seeing is. 6 (gal) x 128 / 50 (ratio 50:1) = 15.36 ounces of oil. I still have a Gamefisher/Tanaka 3HP and it's a good little motor. I'm guessing that Tanaka made the entire line for Gamefisher, but my 3HP is for sure a Tanaka.

There is a nut and rod (pinion?) attached above the flywheel which the starter fits over. There are roller bearings inside the starter assembly which seem to fit over the rod/pinion/flywheel.

This is the right adjustment for the lower rod.
